„Axis Power“, a subsidiary of „Axis Industries“, continues the cooperation with AB „VST“. „Axis Power“ was awarded the contract and became a general contractor of the reconstruction project of Raudondvaris 35/10 kV transformer substation.
“This project will require a special focus since it involves large work volumes and tight deadlines“, said Valdas Jankauskas, General Director of „Axis Power“. The company will carry out the reconstruction of Raudondvaris 35/10 kV transformer substation in several stages; the scheduled completion of the work is in June 2010.
„Axis Power“ will prepare the information for the Raudondvaris substation design; take care about the supply of equipment, construction and assembly work. The company will also carry out the repairs of the transformer, deliver the equipment of relay protection, information collection and transmission, anti-fire alarm, radio-modem communication and power transmission lines, then install and tune them.
Currently, „Axis Power“ continues other projects contracted by „VST“. The company carries out the work for the reconstruction of operational voltage of Šakiai 110/35/10 kV transformer substation and 12 MW wind farm with the connection of Mockai 35/20 kV transformer substation to the „VST“ electricity system.
Among the latest work of „Axis Power“ completed in collaboration with „VST“ are the reconstruction projects of Migla 110/10 kV and Plungė 110/10 kV transformer substations.
