„Axis Industries“, the largest group of companies engaged in industrial and power industry projects in Lithuania, will contribute to the reconstruction of the town‘s central boiler plant in Gorodok, Vitebsk region of Belarus. After being awarded a contract by the district municipality, the company will carry out the works for 1.1 million litas.

“We continue our activities in the viable heating market economy of the neighbouring Belarus. We will supply modern boiler equipment to the central boiler plant in Gorodok, and contribute to its installation and commissioning work”, Remigijus Baltrušaitis, general director of „Axis Industries“, said. The capacity of the boiler fuelled with wood waste, which will be reconstructed in Gorodok, is 5 MW.

This is not the first project carried out by „Axis Industries“ in Vitebsk region of Belarus. The company‘s specialists have contributed to the construction of the recently completed power plant in the town of Vileika. „Axis Industries“ supplied equipment for the plant, and assisted in carrying out its installation works.

Last year „Axis Industries“ completed a very large biofuel project, valued at 7.4 million litas, in Vitebsk. The company supplied steam boiler equipment of the capacity of 20 t/h to the customer – Vitebsk Energo, and provided consultations for local companies engaged in the boiler installation and commissioning work in the oldest power plant in Belarus.

In total, „Axis Industries“ has installed and reconstructed over 20 different biofuel boiler plants in Belarus. The company has been issued a certificate of Belarus, entitling to manufacture, supply and install KE-type steam boilers, with the capacity of up to 25 tons of steam per hour.
