Integrated management system

AB “Axis Industries” has implemented the Integrated Management System (IMS), covering quality management system conforming to ISO 9001:2008 standard requirements, environmental management system conforming to ISO 14001:2004 standard requirements, and occupational health and safety management system complying with BS OHSAS 18001:2007 standard requirements.

Integrated Management System covers the following areas:

• Sales, design, manufacture, installation, commissioning, maintenance and operation of industrial and power sites, technological, engineering, information systems, automatics, electrotechnical, power production and distribution equipment
• Construction works
• Design, manufacture, verification of water and heat metering, electronic devices, steel structures
• Chemicals and stuff supply
• Consultancy services.

Integrated Management System of AB “Axis Industries” was audited, and certificates were issued by Det Norske Veritas.

Integrated Management System (IMS) of AB “Axis Industries” is designed, implemented and maintained in accordance with the strategic decision of corporate leadership. IMS objectives are defined in the policy of Integrated Management System.

The key objectives of IMS development, implementation and support include:

• Seeking of long-term and continuous improvement of performance, concentration on the customers' interests and consideration of the needs of other external stakeholders.
• Ensuring that the Company's customers are provided with high quality goods and services at the lowest costs, and the impact of Company's operations on the environment is constantly analyzed with a view of consistent reduction of negative environmental impact.
• Continuous improvement of management of the Integrated Management System by improving the quality of products and services, enhancing the efficiency of environment protection and ensuring performance of occupational health and safety system, by managing the risk factors of occupational health and safety.

While developing, implementing and maintaining the Integrated Management System, the Company‘s leadership is focused on the importance of it for the Company:

• Understand and meet the customer requirements
• Consider the processes in respect of added value
• Establish processes and performance data
• Continuously improve the processes, after carrying out their objective measurements
• Involve all personnel into the process of Integrated Management System
• Ensure that all employees have access to work-related information, create opportunities for proper performance of delegated functions and entrusted tasks.

Director-General appointed the management representative for quality and environmental protection, and the management representative for the health and safety of personnel to be in charge for supervision, continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System, and its compliance with the requirements of standards ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, BS OHSAS 18001:2007.

All Company‘s employees are responsible for efficient and effective functioning of the Integrated Management System.
